Streamline Advisory Partners (“Streamline,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We only collect the information you choose to give us. If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you provide. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a potential project, partnership, or relationship with Streamline. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a third-party form service (FormSubmit), which processes the submission only to forward it to us. We encourage you to review their practices as well.
This website does not use cookies. We do not store anything on your device to identify you, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service. It records aggregate measurements only — the page or community page viewed, the referring site, approximate country, browser and device type, and page load performance. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting, does not collect your IP address for tracking purposes, and cannot follow you to other websites. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how they handle the data.
We also use Google Search Console, which reports aggregate search statistics for our own site (for example, which search terms lead people here). It reports totals only and identifies no individual.
Because we set no cookies, there is nothing to consent to. If you would prefer not to be counted at all, you have two options: any standard browser tracking-protection or content blocker will stop the analytics script from loading, or you can visit streamlineap.com/?analytics=off to switch it off for that browser. The site works normally either way, and /?analytics=on reverses it.
The opt-out setting is the one thing this site saves on your device: a single stored value recording that you chose not to be counted. It holds no identifier, is never read by anyone else, and is removed if you clear your browsing data. We also use it internally so that our own staff visits are excluded from our figures.
Some parts of this site are delivered by other companies, and your browser contacts them directly to load that content. When it does, they necessarily receive your IP address and basic browser information — this is true of any website that loads outside content. None of them set cookies on this site, and we do not share your name, email, or any information you submit with them.
We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond to and document the conversation, after which they may be deleted.
